CN Borgata online Sportsbook Plaza Redevelopment
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Since its opening in 1976, the CN Tower has been a beloved fixture of Toronto’s skyline, drawing in more than two million tourists per year to visit its 449-meter-high observation deck and dine in its revolving, 350-meter-high revolving bar and restaurant. Today, tourism has prevailed across the surrounding Lake Shore Boulevard, bringing with it the Toronto Metro Convention Centre, the Rogers Centre, an array of restaurants and harbourfront water tours and, in 2012, the opening of the Ripley’s Aquarium. Graham executed the Borgata online Sportsbook of a 15-million-dollar plaza redevelopment in time for Ripley’s grand opening, uniting the tower and its surrounding site context to the emerging Toronto Entertainment District.
