Graham delivered the 31-storey concrete high-rise with 232 residential rental units and six 3-bedroom rental townhomes. The 262,865 sq. ft. development classifies as a luxury rental and strives to provide sustainable living spaces. The tower includes 9,000 sq. ft. of amenity and public space located in the lobby and on the 31st floor.<\/p>\n<p>Parkview Tower will become Tower 3 on a property with two other towers. The new tower was placed on top of an area that was previously part of an existing two-storey, underground parkade which was demolished.
