MAP is therefore ideal for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n<p>Exclusive to Graham, MAP is fully customizable for any size of municipality and project. This legal, financial, and accounting framework is underpinned by a 50\/50 partnership, allowing projects to be developed, financed, and delivered with the municipality retaining full control of the entire process.
