The new B6 Office Tower includes seven levels of below-grade parking, a three-level retail podium, 533,000 square feet of office space, and several tenant amenity spaces, including three outdoor terraces, with a large rooftop terrace that overlooks Vancouver\u2019s downtown\u00a0core.<\/p>\n<p>Designed to LEED Gold standards and targeting WELL Gold, the building also incorporates Passive House elements, including vertical glass fins to reduce sun exposure, triple-glazed curtain wall construction, and a green roof. Other sustainable elements include the green roof, rainwater harvesting, triple-glazed glass, low-flow fixtures, and high-efficiency\u00a0elevators.<\/p>\n<p>Graham worked with BentallGreenOak (BGO) during the pre-construction phase providing full pre-construction services including constructability advice.
