B6 Office Tower<\/h1>\n

The B6 Office Tower is located on the corner of West Pender and Thurlow (1090 West Pender) in downtown Vancouver, BC. The new B6 Office Tower includes seven levels of below-grade parking, a three-level retail podium, 533,000 square feet of office space, and several tenant amenity spaces, including three outdoor terraces, with a large rooftop terrace that overlooks Vancouver\u2019s downtown core.<\/p>\n

This project consists of bulk excavation and shoring to facilitate the parkade structure, and the construction of a concrete-framed office tower utilizing post-tensioned reinforcement.<\/p>\n

The fa\u00e7ade is finished with a triple-glazed 4-SSG curtain wall system, with small elements of composite cladding. Mechanically, the building utilizes a 4-pipe fan coil system, which is serviced by vertical riser modules that run through the entirety of the central core.<\/p>\n
