Graham continues to make year-over-year progress on our Sustainability strategy as we focus on three strategic areas \u2013 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). These pillars support our corporate strategic plan and provide us with a formal framework to define how we can make more meaningful social, economic and environmental marks on our communities.<\/p>\n<p>At Graham, we\u2019re committed to providing focused, transparent, and impactful sustainability and ESG content consistent with recognized global standards through our sustainability reports.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SBmPYVZZ2pA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>2021 Sustainability Highlights<\/strong><br \/>\nEnvironment<\/p>\n<ul class=\"remove-bullets\">\n<li>Shoreline, WA project diverted 97% of all material from the landfill<\/li>\n<li>52 Tier 3 units replaced with Tier 4 (To read more about emissions standards for off-road equipment click for guidelines in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/environment-climate-change\/services\/canadian-environmental-protection-act-registry\/publications\/guidance-document-engine-emission-regulations\/chapter-2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Canada<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/regulations-emissions-vehicles-and-engines\/regulations-emissions-heavy-equipment-compression\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United States<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Social<\/p>\n<ul class=\"remove-bullets\">\n<li>Over 300 charitable organizations supported<\/li>\n<li>Over $157,168 supported healthcare organizations<\/li>\n<li>$85,000 went to supporting educational initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Governance<\/p>\n<ul class=\"remove-bullets\">\n<li>Since 2017, we\u2019ve spent over $104 million with local Indigenous contractors and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 96% of employees passed phishing simulations<\/li>\n<li>Employees reported 7,266 suspicious emails (50% increase from 2020)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our 2021 Sustainability Report highlights the initiatives we supported across our business and demonstrates our strong commitment to continuous improvement.
