This project, which primarily consisted of borgata casino app bank beautification and public art, creates a viewpoint overlooking the Bow borgata casino app. Designed to create a link between the city and the flow of the borgata casino app, the park incorporates curving pathways, waving masonry patterns, and random basalt structures capturing the power of the borgata casino app. The park provides both raised terraces and seating areas that provide patrons with wide views of the borgata casino app and surrounding landscape.

The scope of work included demolition of existing concrete structures, site grading, cast-in-place concrete, rundlestone paving, masonry, and landscaping.

A challenge during the project was that it was interrupted by the 2013 flood. Site logistics were revised in order to allow work to continue, and additional flood remediations works were completed prior to progressing with the original borgata casino app Passage Park scope.
