This project consists of bulk excavation and shoring to facilitate the parkade structure, and the construction of a concrete-framed borgata sportsbook review tower utilizing post-tensioned reinforcement.

The façade is finished with a triple-glazed 4-SSG curtain wall system, with small elements of composite cladding. Mechanically, the building utilizes a 4-pipe fan coil system, which is serviced by vertical riser modules that run through the entirety of the central core.

Designed to LEED Gold standards and targeting WELL Gold, the building also incorporates Passive House elements, including vertical glass fins to reduce sun exposure, triple-glazed curtain wall borgata sportsbook review, and a green roof. Other sustainable elements include the green roof, rainwater harvesting, triple-glazed glass, low-flow fixtures, and high-efficiency elevators.
