This project consisted of the conversion of a 60-year-old warehouse into a new delivery station to service the downtown core. The facility can distribute 12,000 packages per day.

The renovations included asbestos abatement, demolition of existing office spaces, roof replacement and repair of 200 existing roof joists, exterior cladding repairs, insulation replacement and masonry repairs, new mechanical and electrical (including upgraded lighting, heating, and ventilation throughout), and borgata online casino of new offices.
