Brian Shelton, a current Independent Board Member, has been appointed GIT Chair of the Board. Brian joined GIT as a Board Member in February 2022, and assumed the role of Chair of the Audit Committee in August 2023. Brian previously held positions with Jacobs Engineering and CH2M Hill, and latterly as CFO on the Board of American Civil Constructors.
